We will take your old appliance away once we have finished delivering/installing your new one. Please ensure that the appliance has been emptied prior to the engineers arrival.

SERVICE CHECKLIST:

Please ensure the following before ordering our connection services

  • There is enough space for the new appliance (check appliance dimensions)
  • The correct plumbing and waste connection within 1.5m of relevant space (we can          supply a longer feed hose for an additional charge
  • The stop valves are working correctly (the water supply can be shut off)
  • The correct supply outlet electrical connection within 1.5m
  • Please clear the service area, including adjacent cupboards that may need to be accessed to get to electrical and plumbing connections.
